The work of Rocco&Partner lies in intelectual services in segments of culture, or more precise, in segments of music production, publishing, education, theater, film, radio and television, graphic design and also promotion and marketing.

This company was established in 1993. (for services in the segment of macro-marketing) by Dr. sc. Fedor Rocco, proffesor emeritus. Today this company, focused on services in culture and marketing is lead by Davor Rocco and Mr.Sc. Sanja Rocco. Within the business rooms in the center of Zagreb there is also a sound studio.

Rocco&Partner is turned to artisticly relevant production, and according to this decisions, a logical step in forming an independent lable was created, followed by ideas and initiatives originated by a number of diligent, national and international musicians and athors of different genres. One of the foundations of this business is also the rich experiance of the founders, witnessed by a number of national and international acknowledgements. From the ten published releases, going into classic, ethno, jazz and rock music, gathered
excellent reviews and critics. Our goal, given with our authentic audio products is to encourage colaboration between domestic and foreign musicians/ going to the international market by means of new medias such as Internet/ concerts/ festivals/ and continuously working on the promotion of our culture. Rocco&Partner is also working with and encouraging young artists, helping them in their first steps of creation. A big focus of this company also lies on the visual identity of our products, as one of the equal components in the cration of the whole product/video, graphic design/.

One of the important functions of Rocco&Partner is also the education of our youungest in areas of music culture. (multimedia programs and releases for children/youth)

We are open to all initiatives and possible mutual activities and within some projects we allready successfully cooperat wit complementary cultural institutions / Croatian Music Youth (Hrvatska glazbena mladež)/ Zagreb theater of Dolls (Zagrebačko kazalište lutaka)/ Vraždin chamber orchestra, Scena Amadeo, Pula Film Festival, etc./.

ART DIRECTOR AND DMANAGER OF THE GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO:

SANJA ROCCO is the designer and the art director of Rocco&Partner. She teaches theory of design at the Zagreb School of Management. She graduated on the Architectural Colleg and got her master degree in marketing on the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. She was the director of the ZGRAF 8 exhibition in 1999 and the vice-president of ICOGRADA - (International association of graphic designers)1999-2001. She participated as a member of the jury in many national and international competitions. She also is a member of ULUPUH and HDD.

She is a winner of manny international rewards for design:

:: Gold medal on the 3rd Crane European Letterhead Design Competition, London , 1996;
:: Honorable Mention at BIO 15, Ljubljana , 1996;
:: Merit Award at the 78th ADC New York Annual, 1999 (co-authorship with T. Brateljem) .

Her works are published in the European Design Annual 2000, "AREA": 100 graphic designers / 10 curators / 10 classics, Phaidon 2004. etc.

DIRECTOR OF THE AUDIO STUDIO:

DAVOR ROCCO is a music producer and composer. He graduated sociology and phonetics at the University of Zagreb , faculty of Philosophy. His occupation with music led from a hobby in his youth (participation in a few rock and jazz bands in the 60's and 70's) to his profession.

As a composer he is most active in the field of applied music such as: theatre, film and music for Radio and TV. He worked with many prominent directors in more than 200 theatre productions in Croatia , in the countries of former Yugoslavia and elsewhere ( Italy , Hungary , Slovenia and Australia ). He also composed for over a hundred radio dramas, documentary, animated and short art film projects and five soundtracks for feature movies in Croatia .

In early 80's Davor established PATCHWORK chamber ensemble who released two new age albums with his arrangements and music. In 1995 he was awarded with ''Composer night'' at the Zagreb Music Biennial, dedicated to contemporary music. As a producer and sound engineer he participated in many successful projects covering every artistically relevant musical fields.

He is a member of the Croatian Composer Association (HDS), and from 1977. he works as the music editor in the Drama program of the Croatian radio. Today he also runs his own recoding studio R&P and with his sister, Sanja Rocco, he established an independent music label, carrying the same name, in 2004.

For his influence as a composer and a producer he got awarded with many national and international rewards:
